Registration Fee guidelines:
- SBE members include: members of iiSBE, CIB, UNEP, FIDIC.
- Session chairs and active reviewers of the International Scientific Committee receive a 10% discount on the registration rate.
What is included
All sessions on 5–7 October including the PhD Forum & Early-Career Day, lunches and refreshments on conference days, the digital programme and the open-access proceedings. The dinner is booked separately.
Presenters
At least one author of each accepted contribution must register by 9 July 2027 for it to be scheduled and included in the proceedings. Abstract acceptance is the trigger to register.
Cancellation and visa letters
Cancellations in writing before 15 August 2027 are refunded minus a €85 administration fee; after that date registrations can be transferred to a colleague at no charge. Registered participants who need a visa can request an invitation letter through the registration system after payment.
